FEATURE

It is a washing and drying device specialized with organic detergent using mesh belt, it can be used with in connection to conveying line such as soldering M/C and conveyor, and it could play a significant role in automation and savings in cost since it has been designed in consideration of weak points of working environment in current devices and washing detergent losses.
Mesh Belt 를 사용한 육용 세제 전용 세척 건조장치로서 Soldering M/C, Conveyor 등 운반 라인에 연결 사용이 가능하며 기존장비의 작업환경 추약성 및 세척용제 손실을 제고하여 설계되었으므로 자동화 및 원가절감에 큰 도움을 주고 있다.

 

FEATURE

It can easily wash materials as water-soluble automatic washer. It exerts of high level of duration since it is made up of stainless mesh-belt conveyor. It can save in cast since it sues water-soluble washing detergent. One operator can handle a whole operation procedures monitoring controlling. It is attached with each safety device and is automatic and convenient in operation. It has hardly poisonous pollution from washing detergent and has no hard to operators. The washing is done by a spray washing type from special arrangement of nozzles and has great performance in washing and drying state due to air heating wind-drying type. The washing and operation state can be observed from outside.

수용성 자동세척기로서 세척이 용이하다.스테인레스 mesh-belt conveyor 로 제작되어 있어 내구성이 높다. 수용성 세척액을 사용하므로 생산원가를 크게 절감한다. 자동세척기로서 1인이 전체 작업과정을 컨트롤 할 수 있다. 각종안전장치가 부착되어 있어 안전하고 편리한 자동화 세척기이다.세척액으로부터 발생되는 유독성 공해가 없어 작업자에게 피해가 없다.
세척은 노즐의 특수배열에 의한 스프레이 세척방식이며 에어 열풍 Drying 방식으로 세척과 건조상태가 매우 양호하다. 세척 및 작동상태를 외부에서 볼 수 있도록 설계 되었다.

  • High pressure spray can be effectively used for cleaning submicron particulate contamination and deburring of inside hole of ABS pump housing.
  • High pressure is going up to 300bar and using NC(Numerical control), we can control the exact position where we want to wash.
  • Specially it very important to hold the parts or components with tray due to high pressure on operation
  • It is sometimes used to deburr several chips occurred after machined parts in the machining center.

고압세척기는 내부구멍의 burr 제거 및 작은 입자의 오염물질을 세척하는데 적당하며 압력은 300bar까지 올려서 사용할 수 있습니다.
또,NC를 이용하여 정확한 위치 제어가 가능하며 머시닝 센터에서 가공된 가공품의 칩 및 burr를 제거하는데 사용됩니다.
