WHAT IS ULTRASONIC CLEANING?

The CAVITATION in the liquid which is caused by ULTRASONIC wave repeat appearance and disappearance. This CAVITATION may be cause of disturbing cleaning agent, removing oil, emulsification in the liquid. These phenomenon promote the effect of cleaning without scratch on the surface. So, we usually apply Ultrasonic wave to precision cleaning, cleaning uneven surface or before or after metal plating process.

초음파 세척이란?

초음파란 사람의 귀에 들리지 않는 놀은 주파수를 말하며 세척액에 초음파를 발사하여 액중에 공동의 발생 및 소멸의 효과를 이용하여 세척액의 교란,탈지,유화작용이 생겨 세척효과를 촉진시키며 세척물에 흠이 없이 깨끗하게 세척되므로 정밀 세척 요철부외 세척, 도금 세척등에 많이 용되고 있다.

CAVITATION (공동현상이란?)

  Liquid in the vibrating state caused by ULTRASONIC create a small bubble which is vacuum state in a instant. When this bubble collied with cleaning substance, thermal and chemical process may be happen in the liquid. Compound and repeated these action help cleaning process and precision cleaning.
